Payments

Clients agree to pay all fees as outlined in their invoice or service agreement. Payments are due according to the agreed billing cycle. Late or failed payments may result in suspension or termination of services.

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide accurate information, timely approvals, and access required to perform the services. Delays caused by the client may impact timelines and results.

Intellectual Property

All materials created by City Pagez LLC remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon payment, the client is granted a non-exclusive right to use the deliverables for their business.

Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice in accordance with the agreed billing terms. Any outstanding fees remain payable.

Limitation of Liability

City Pagez LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
